Rawan Khalil

Rawan Khalil is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at eSense since September 2018, Rawan has progressed through various roles including People & Culture Supervisor and Senior HR Recruitment Officer. Prior experience includes positions at Petra Trading & Investment Co. as Senior Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Officer, as well as working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Petra Recruitment. Rawan started the career as an intern at UNDP. Rawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Damascus University, completed in 2015.
