Ed Gardner

Ed Gardner has extensive experience in product management and program management within the technology sector, particularly in security and cloud solutions. At Microsoft, Ed served as a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Protection and Detection, launching an Azure-based platform for malware and phishing detection, and as Senior Product Manager of AI/ML for Cloud Security, where capabilities for anomaly detection via machine learning were developed. As Co-Founder and Head of Product at ActZero.ai, a Managed Detection and Response start-up, Ed established the product vision and roadmap. Following a recent tenure at Microsoft as a Senior Product Manager for Microsoft Defender Experts, Ed currently holds the position of Principal Product Manager at eSentire, overseeing Microsoft, cloud, and detection initiatives. Additional roles included significant contributions at Akamai Technologies and Amazon, focusing on data protection and security solutions. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College.
