Keith D. has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. Keith began their career as a Field Engineer at BPI Information Systems, providing maintenance and support for Intel-based computers and HP printers at the University of Michigan Hospital. Keith also performed system deployments for mission-critical computer systems. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Field Engineer at CompuCom, where they provided desktop support for General Motors labs, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

In 2007, Keith joined Hewlett-Packard as a Windows Systems Consultant, leading global projects for operating system and application distribution to over 20,000 computer systems at General Motors. Keith also worked as a Deployment Engineer, troubleshooting deployment issues using HP OpenView Configuration Manager.

Keith then worked at Chrysler as a Windows Desktop Architect from 2010 to 2013. Keith was responsible for developing and supporting the Windows 7 and Windows XP Professional desktop images for the Chrysler environment. Next, Keith joined Ally Financial Inc. in 2014 as a SIEM Manager. Keith managed and maintained the RSA Security Analytics SIEM infrastructure, integrating new log sources and resolving logging issues to ensure regulatory compliance.

In 2016, Keith started working at eSentire as an Information Security Consultant. Keith provided consultation and expertise in information security, specializing in threat research.

Throughout their career, Keith also authored Stratagem, a Linux distribution for honeypots, network forensics, and malware analysis. This distribution was built on Linux Mint 14 XFCE and included various pre-configured honeypots.

Overall, Keith has extensive experience in information security operations, system administration, software distribution, and desktop support.

Keith D. attended ITT Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associates degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
