Florian Klein

Florian Klein is currently the Head of Delivery & PMO at esentri AG, where they focus on digital, sustainable, and people-centered solutions. Previously, Florian held various roles including Senior Projektleiter at PAUL Tech AG and Projektleiter at Kaufland Stiftung & Co. KG. Florian began their career at Lidl, where they completed an apprenticeship and later took on positions in customer and organizational management. Florian also serves as a part-time lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, teaching project management and organizational theory. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in BWL - Konsumgüterhandel and a Master of Science in Prozessmanagement from renowned institutions.
