Janko Eggert has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and software development. Janko started their career as a Software-Entwickler at Markant Gruppe in 2016, where they contributed to software development tasks within an agile team. Janko was responsible for designing and implementing software components, continuous optimization of functionalities, and creating software and tests using various technologies.
In 2017, Janko joined EDEKA Südwest as a Bachelorand, where they worked on a project until 2018.
After that, Janko worked at Hochschule Offenburg as an Akademischer Mitarbeiter für Data Science. In this role, they were responsible for implementing, delivering, and ensuring the quality of machine learning content. Janko also created web presence and information materials and maintained the learning environment.
In 2019, Janko returned to EDEKA Südwest as a Data Scientist. Janko worked on various projects and was involved in data analysis and modeling tasks. Janko also worked as a Masterand, contributing to the company's projects from 2019 to 2020.
Currently, Janko is working as a Consultant Data Science at esentri AG since 2023.
Janko Eggert completed their education at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. Janko obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Informatik in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medieninformatik from the same university, which they completed in 2018 as well. Furthermore, they received a certification in "Menschen Lernen Maschinelles Lernen" from Hochschule Offenburg in January 2019.
