Anton Kozon has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Anton started their career at Fiducia as a Consultant in 2004. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Zoznam s.r.o., where they held multiple positions such as Content Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. In 2013, they joined adidas as an E-com Marketing Manager, and later became the Brand Marketing Manager Digital & E-com. In 2016, Kozon joined ESET, initially as a Global E-commerce Specialist, then as the Global Conversion Optimization Lead. Anton later became the Head of Global Digital Business in 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Global Digital Business.
Anton Kozon received a Master's degree in Psychology from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1999, they also obtained a Master's degree in Adult education from the same university.
