Branislav Simo

Branislav Simo has a strong background in software development and research. Branislav started their career as a Software developer at Taureus in 1997 and worked there until 2001. After that, they joined the Institute of Informatics, Slovak Academy of Sciences as a Researcher from 2001 to 2011. Branislav then joined ESET in 2011 and held various roles including Developer, Developer/Team Lead, and currently Senior Developer/Team Lead. At ESET, they focused on developing new security products, creating functional test scripts, and working on automation testing using VMware vCenter, PowerShell, and Jenkins.

Branislav Simo obtained their MSc. degree in Software Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Branislav also holds a certification in OpenHack: Containers from Microsoft OpenHack, which was obtained in 2022.
