Leen van Duijn

Leen van Duijn is currently the Global Head of Personal & Physical Safety & Security at ING, where they lead the development of a new organization focused on safeguarding the safety and security of staff and assets worldwide. Previously, Leen held senior roles in various organizations, including serving as Vice President Security Services & Chief Security Officer at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Commissioner of Police in the Netherlands. Leen's extensive military and law enforcement background includes leadership positions in the Koninklijke Marechaussee and the Dutch National Police, where they coordinated efforts against human trafficking and organized crime. Additionally, they hold numerous relevant degrees and certifications, underscoring their expertise in security and crisis management.
