Michaela Uhrin

Michaela Uhrin currently serves as the Director of Global People and Labour Relations at ESET, having progressed through various roles including Senior Manager of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner since March 2017. Prior to ESET, Michaela was a Senior HR Business Partner at VUB Bank, where responsibilities included proposing organizational changes and establishing hiring processes. Michaela's earlier experience encompasses HR roles at Soitron, UPC Broadband Slovakia, and LUGERA, focusing on recruitment, employee selection, and HR project participation. Michaela holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Trnava, obtained in 2008.
