Rene Bui

Rene Bui is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Software Security Engineer at ESET since 2024. Rene previously worked as a Cybersecurity Engineer focused on Application Security and Vulnerability Management at Solar Turbines in 2023 and served as a Network Security Engineer at Amelia, an IPsoft Company, from 2021 to 2023, where they managed firewalls and collaborated with the SecOps team. In addition, Rene gained experience as a Network Security Administrator at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia and briefly worked as a Cybersecurity Analyst at LYNX s.r.o. Rene holds a DiS. in Cybersecurity from SVS of Information Technologies, completed in 2021.
