Frank Pepers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Frank started their career as a Mechanical Draftsperson at General Dynamics, where they contributed to the production of armored vehicles and locomotives. Frank then worked at H.J. Heinz Company as a Mechanical Draftsman and Project Planner, overseeing the production of food labels. Frank also worked as a Project Planning and Safety Coordinator at Aecon, managing large-scale construction projects in the Oil and Gas industry. Frank later served as a Plant Operations Manager at Feher Machine & Manufacturing and Otron Tech Inc., responsible for overseeing operations and production. Frank then joined Cynatime Canada Inc. as a Construction Operations Manager, and later founded their own consulting company, Armor Canadian Enterprises Inc., specializing in corporate turnarounds. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at E.S. FOX LIMITED, a leading company in the Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Energy sectors, where they also served as the Director of Business Development.
Frank Pepers attended Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1981 to 1985. Frank earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technologist (Mobile Equipment) during this time. In May 1986, they obtained the certification of Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) from OACETT. Frank also holds additional certifications, including Gold Seal Certified - Project Management (GSC) from the Canadian Construction Association - Association canadienne de la construction, which was obtained in November 2020, and Advanced Leadership Institute (ALI) from Babson College, obtained in November 2018.
