Where sustainability becomes business value.

You're being asked what sustainability is actually worth. We help CFOs, boards and owners - including private equity - answer it in the language their organisation funds decisions in: value and risk, not impact and obligation.

ESG Implementation is a Danish ESG strategy boutique. We turn sustainability pressure into a funded business strategy - finding where ESG is financially material to your business, and building the cases that make those priorities worth investing in. Not reporting, not dashboards, not assurance: the harder thing.

A two-phase method:

- Where to play. We run your ESG pressures and opportunities through the ESGIP ESG Five Forces™, the five channels through which sustainability reaches the P&L, and narrow to a short list of Must Win Objectives.

- How to win. We build each priority into a business case on a growth, cash flow and risk model, then assemble them into a full ESG strategy a board can underwrite.

You work with principals, not a pyramid. Founding partners Christian Honoré (25+ years in sustainability strategy and value - KPMG, Coloplast) and Christian Boserup (25+ years in financial and enterprise risk - KPMG, PwC, Implement) bring the value case and the risk case to the same room.

We're built for one thing the market is short of: translating ESG into finance with judgement, not a template. Compliance still matters - after the EU Omnibus it shifted from reporting into the product and value layer - and that's where we meet it.

If sustainability has to earn its place in your strategy, let's put it in the language that decides. A first conversation is short, specific and free.
