John Grayson is an experienced advisor and mentor with a strong background in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and digital marketing. Currently an advisor at ESG Playbook and Agbotic, Inc., John focuses on sustainability reporting and intelligent automation in agriculture. As a mentor at Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), John helps foster economic growth through entrepreneurship in mid-sized cities. Previously, John served as a member of the Board of Advisors at Babson College's Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship and was the president of Genuine, an award-winning digital agency. John's extensive career also includes key roles at Realinterface, iSpheres, Enermetrix, Northwind Boston, and NSTAR. John holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
