Ross Markwell is currently the Regional Chairman of Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) NE Ltd and serves as Vice Chairman at the National level of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association. They previously held the position of Head of Business Development for Esh Civils and have also been the Director of Business Development at Esh Group. Ross earned an HND in Business & Marketing from Newcastle College, completing the program in 2004.
