Thomas Deillon is the current Chief Innovation Officer at ESH Médias. Thomas has held this position since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Management for Global Analytics and Insights at Airports for SITA from May 2011 to April 2021. In this role, they successfully grew the analytics business to 14m USD in 2 years, 10 times faster than the market, capturing market share. Thomas also led and motivated a 50+ highly qualified DevOps team and implemented department policies and procedures. Additionally, they oversaw the acquisition of a passenger analytics start-up, MEXIA, in 2019. As a result of their accomplishments, they were selected as one of the company’s top transformation leaders.
From January 2008 to September 2009, Deillon worked as a Senior Lead Analyst to deliver Quadri-Play in Switzerland for Orange. Prior to that, they were a Consultant for Lecturer at Université Savoie Mont Blanc from September 2007 to August 2010.
Thomas Deillon's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Leicester, a Master's degree in Telecommunications from CPE Lyon, and a DUT Genie Telecom Réseaux from Université Savoie Mont Blanc. Thomas is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), by PNL Lausanne as a Licenced practitioner of NPL (Neuro-linguistic programming), and by IPMA as a Project Management.
