Rita Kaplan is a seasoned Product Design Specialist and advocate for Continuous Discovery and Delivery principles, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at esh. Rita previously held positions including Design Lead at Seeking Alpha and Crossrider Plc, where they managed design teams and shaped user-centric experiences. With a strong background in UX research, analytical thinking, and creativity, Rita has significantly contributed to product design across various industries. Rita earned a B.A.D. in Graphic Design and Illustration from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design and a High School Diploma in Fine/Studio Arts from WIZO Canada High School of Fine Arts.
