Sivan Shaltiel

Sivan Shaltiel is the Head of Talent Acquisition at esh, where they lead the recruitment strategy in a dynamic environment. Previously, Sivan served as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Riskified, managing hiring processes and developing data-driven recruitment strategies across multiple regions. They also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Jobinfo and as a Production Manager in the freelance industry. Sivan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Studies, Sociology, and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
