Doug Helgren

Doug Helgren has a long and varied work experience. Doug began their career in 1978 as the Director of IT at Dearborn Financial Services, then moved to Senior Manager of IT at Dearborn Federal Credit Union. In 1997, they became the Vice President of Systems Applications & Programming at Service Centers Corporation, where they were responsible for product development, strategic planning, budgeting, board of directors communication and staff administration. In 2006, they became a consultant for Co-op Services Credit Union and then for himself, providing guidance, analysis, and project management for banks, credit unions, and financial services networks. From 2008-2011, they worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Member Driven Technologies, and then as a Business Analyst at Ally Financial Inc. and CIBER, Inc. In 2014, they started working as a Business Analyst at eshots, Inc., and is currently retired.

Doug Helgren received a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2008. Doug then attended Schoolcraft College between 1973 and 1978, where they earned an AAS in Computer Science. Doug is currently enrolled at Central Michigan University and is pursuing an MSA in IT.
