ESI Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers more benefits for employees and more services for managers, resulting in higher employee engagement and enhanced productivity. We serve 2,100+ employers and 1,500,000+ members across the US and Canada. With a depth of experience in virtually every industry, government and public safety, health care, education and non-profit organizations, our services have earned a 98+% member satisfaction and client renewal rate over the last decade.

Each year 20% of your work force suffers from a personal problem that inhibits productivity – theirs, yours, that of their co-workers. It might be a child in trouble, an aging parent needing care, an unpaid debt, or a substance abuse problem. The result is unplanned absence, work distraction, and diminished productivity. A national study found that personal problems result in an average of 125 hours per employee annually of lost productivity. That translates to over $2,000 per employee per year. We conducted a study to measure our impact on lost productivity per employee, finding that ESI reduces lost time at work by more than 23%.

ESI’s signature two-pronged approach includes:
• An extensive menu of services for your employees to address their most pressing problems, as well as a broad array of life-enhancement benefits.
• A suite of management tools and resources for you and your supervisors to help you to minimize, manage, contain, or prevent disruptive workforce problems.
