Refka Sridi

Refka Sridi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Senior Sales Operations at ESI Group since July 2023, Refka has held various positions at National Pen from August 2018 to March 2023, including European Sales Supervisor and Customer Relationship Manager. Previous roles include freelancing in sales for companies such as BIC and Unilever, as well as interior design work as a self-employed designer.
