Eric Cuaresma is a strategic Program and Product technology delivery leader with extensive experience in the space, defense, and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at ESI Motion, Eric previously led key initiatives at NBCUniversal and Curtiss-Wright Corporation, overseeing significant programs with multi-million dollar budgets and P&L responsibilities. With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, Eric has successfully launched new products and directed teams to achieve double-digit profit margins while optimizing operational efficiency. Eric is also pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Phoenix and holds a BS from Purdue University.
