Bill Shen has extensive experience in network architecture and design, currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at ESI Technologies since August 2011. At ESI, responsibilities include presales and professional services in network architecture and engineering, as well as customer consulting. Concurrently, Bill holds the position of Network Design Lead at Bell Canada since March 2011, leading the migration of the AECL Datacenter network. Additionally, Bill has been a Senior Network Architect at RBC since July 2009 and has served as a Senior Network Consultant/Technology Architect for the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. In previous roles, Bill has contributed as a Senior Network Architect/Consultant at Rogers Communications and Metavante Corporation, involving large-scale network upgrades and core redesigns across multiple locations.
