Irwin Kramer is a technology entrepreneur who founded two software companies, the first delivering enterprise-wide systems for retailers, manufacturers, and distributors, and the second creating an Internet-based commerce system for retailers (B2C) and distributors (B2B). They currently play an active role assisting and advising senior management to build and operate their companies as leaders in their fields, and they serve as Chairman of the Board for WorkJam (2014–Present) and for ESI Technologies (2019–Present). Their governance and philanthropic work includes serving as a Director at the JGH Foundation (2009–2023) and as Governor of the Jewish General Hospital (2012–Present). They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, and are a CPA.
