David Flournoy

David Flournoy has extensive work experience in project controls, specifically in the engineering and nuclear industries. David started their career in 1990 at TVA as a Senior Project Control Specialist, specializing in nuclear projects. In 2014, they joined Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESI) as a contract Project Controls professional. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in project management and control, contributing to the successful execution of various projects.

David Flournoy attended Tuskegee University from 1974 to 1979, where they studied engineering. David later pursued their MBA at Tusculum University, specializing in engineering and business.
