Kristin Jackson has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition for various companies in the defense and intelligence sectors. Kristin started their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at J.G. Van Dyke & Associates in 1997 and later worked as a Principal HR Representative/Technical Recruiter at ARINC from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Baesch Computer Consulting (BCC), focusing on full scope poly cleared candidates for the Intelligence Community.

In 2004, Kristin moved on to roles as a Senior Recruiter at Triton Services, Inc., PKW Associates, and QSS Group, Inc., where they provided full lifecycle recruiting support for technical staff with active security clearances. Kristin also worked as a Senior Recruiter at The Van Dyke Technology Group from 2006 to 2015.

More recently, Kristin served as a Talent Acquisition/Resource Manager at BRIDGES Consulting, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on recruiting Cyber SMEs for the development of Cloud Analytics, Threat Analysis, and Security Engineering Tools and Solutions. Kristin then worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Team Builder at Ball Aerospace from May to August 2017, providing systems engineering and analytic services for the Defense and Intelligence Communities.

Currently, Kristin is the Recruiting Manager at Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESi), a company that provides support to the Intelligence Community in Data Science/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Software & Systems Engineering, DevOps, and Mission Assurance. In this role, they have opportunities to recruit professionals in fields such as Data Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Business Continuity.

Kristin Jackson earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Maryland in the years 1996-1997.
