Scott Clark

Scott Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott is currently working as a Program Manager at Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESi) since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Program Portfolio Manager at Lockheed Martin from December 2019 to June 2022. In the same company, they also held the position of Project Engineer Cyber Operations from June 2015 to December 2019.

Before joining Lockheed Martin, Scott worked at Axom Technologies as a Technical Project Manager from July 2012 to May 2015, where they led a team that supported unique Cloud utility systems for a Government customer. Scott also worked as a Network Manager at Axom Technologies from January 2008 to June 2012, where they were responsible for providing support for an enterprise scale Network service division.

Scott's earlier experience includes working as a Network Operations Center Technician at CACI International Inc from January 2005 to December 2007, and serving in the US Army from September 1997 to December 2004 in various positions, including Electronic Warfare Technician, where they supported maintenance activities and deployment of technology solutions overseas and stateside.

Scott Clark has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity from the same university from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Scott has several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2019, project management professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2015, Security+ from CompTIA in 2013, Brocade Network Engineer from Brocade in 2009, and VSAT Installer from the Global VSAT Forum (GVF) in 2006.
