David Keil

David Keil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career as a Staff Engineer at Gray & Osborne in 1996. David then worked as a Project Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers, where they focused on site civil engineering for commercial developments. In 1999, they joined HDR as a Water/Wastewater Area Manager, eventually becoming a Local W/WW Manager, PM, and PE. During their time at HDR, they were responsible for profit and loss of the area water business group, business development, client management, and implementation of quality assurance programs. Additionally, they managed projects involving the planning and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. In 2012, they transitioned to SPF Water Engineering as a Principal Engineer. Eventually, they founded Water Resource Recovery Development, LLC in 2015, where they served as the Owner and Founder until 2020. In 2017, they co-founded EntryG8.com, an online marketplace that connects private landowners with outdoor recreationists. David also founded Flying Bee UAV, LLC, where they served as the Founder and Pilot until 2019. Furthermore, they served as the President of PACIFIC NORTHWEST CLEAN WATER ASSOCIATION from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Executive at ESI Construction, Inc., which they started in 2020. Throughout their career, David has displayed expertise in business development, project management, engineering design, and client relationship management.

David Keil attended Seattle University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. David then pursued additional certifications as a Professional Engineer, obtaining licenses from various institutions. These include the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs in January 2015, the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 2013, the Washington State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in March 2004, and the Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors in December 2001.
