Jason Hill

Jason Hill joined ESI as a Senior Superintendent after nearly 30 years in the construction industry, having started as a finish carpenter in high school. They established Milestone Construction as a general contractor in Washington and Oregon and served in the Washington National Guard as a Blackhawk Crew Chief for six years. Notably, Jason gained recognition at the Portland Street of Dreams for completing award-winning homes, including one that was featured in Better Homes and Gardens. With substantial experience in multi-family construction management, they have overseen the completion of over 900 mixed-use and residential units. Outside of work, Jason enjoys kayaking, rafting, and auto racing, often spending weekends supporting Knightrous Racing with family.
