Justin Shultz

Justin Shultz has a diverse work experience. Justin is currently working as a Construction Project Manager at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI), where they manage and bids multiple projects ranging from $3M to $20M. Justin leads teams of Project Engineers and Coordinators and interfaces with clients to build relationships for future work.

Prior to their current role, Justin worked as a Project Manager/Continuous Improvement Developer at Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc. from 2018 onwards. In this role, they managed several projects ranging from $400K to $28M in public works and private. Justin oversaw budgets, managed schedules, negotiated change orders, monitored staff, and maintained overall project quality. Justin also hired, trained, and led new team members to ensure continuity throughout all projects.

Before joining Tovey/Shultz Construction, Justin worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Rancho Christian School from 2014 to 2018.

During their earlier years, from 2005 to 2013, Justin worked at Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc. as a Project Engineer/Project Manager.

Justin Shultz obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Ashford University, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Teaching Credential at Azusa Pacific University from 2015 to 2016.
