Lee Schrack

Lee Schrack has a wealth of experience in business development and banking. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Business Development for Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI), overseeing the growth and management of the Business Development Division. Prior to that, they were the Chief Banking Officer at Idaho Trust Bank and the Senior Vice President of the Commercial Banking Group. Lee also held various roles at Bank of the West, including Vice President and AVP of Business Banking. Lee has experience in operations and business development as the Vice President at NITA Solutions and in commercial services at TitleOne Corporation and LandAmerica Commercial Services. Earlier in their career, Lee worked as a Sales Manager at LandAmerica Transnation and as a Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo.

Lee Schrack attended Mesa Community College from 1990 to 1992, earning an A.A. Degree. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial at Boise State University.
