Tyler Sisson is a dynamic professional currently focused on recruiting and retention at ESI Construction, Idaho’s largest privately held general contractor. Tyler's career journey at ESI spans from Project Intern to Project Manager and now Director of Organizational Development, where they enhance company culture and training opportunities. Tyler also founded the ESI Internship Program, fostering hands-on experiences for college students in the construction industry. Prior to ESI, Tyler served as a Munitions Systems Technician in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University.
