Brian Ford

Brian Ford is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in web development and database systems. Currently serving as Principal SW Engineer at Interactive Data Corporation since March 2006, Brian has focused on re-engineering Java code, developing the BullsEye site using Drupal/PHP, and porting database systems to Postgres. Previously, Brian held roles as Principal Software Engineer at eSignal and Lycos, and developed MySQL database interface software at Tatara Systems for telecommunications products. Additional experience includes developing software for the AltaVista search product and working on test systems at GenRad. Brian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Finance from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College, and a Graduate Certificate in Telecommunications from Northeastern University.
