Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith has been working in the IT field since 1999. From 1999 to 2005, they were self-employed as a Computer Repair Technician, leveraging their existing computer hardware and software knowledge and skills to assist home users and small businesses with their various information technology needs. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at True Automation as a Software Engineer, where they worked in three different environments: new project development, project maintenance, and emergency software / database support. Since 2007, they have been working at eSilo as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, managing their appliance-based backup services.

Jeremy Smith obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2003 and 2005.
