Gary Vines

Gary Vines is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations planner at eSimplicity since 2025. They previously had a distinguished career in the US Navy as a Weather Officer from 1993 to 2022, and further contributed to naval operations as an Officer in Charge at the Naval Oceanography ASW Detachment and a METOC officer aboard the USS Bataan. In addition, Vines has worked as a METOC Subject Matter Expert for Amentum and served as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Wesleyan University from 2021 to 2022. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography from the Naval Postgraduate School, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
