Steve Woodyard

Steve Woodyard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in spectrum management and telecommunications. Currently serving as Senior Spectrum Manager at eSimplicity since September 2025, Steve previously held similar roles at Amentum and Jacobs, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership in spectrum management. Prior to those positions, Steve worked as a Spectrum Manager at CACI International Inc and contributed to the United States Department of Defense as a Telecommunications Specialist. Steve's career began in supply chain management at PepsiCo - Frito Lay and included military service as III Corps Supervisory Spectrum Manager. Educationally, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sciences from Texas A&M University-Central Texas, attained between 2006 and 2011.
