Matt Cloud is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in claims and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President Claims at ESIS, Inc. since January 2023, Matt has previously held the position of Director of Operations at AIG, where responsibilities included leading the North American Casualty operations department. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at ABI Document Support Services, where strategic oversight of operations and financial results was paramount, and various leadership positions at AIG focusing on claims engagement and process improvement. With a solid foundation at Farmers Insurance, managing large teams and departments across multiple functions, Matt also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of KC Enterprises. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
