Chance Shilling

Chance Shilling has held various roles at eSkill and eleserv. At eSkill, they started as a Client Success Manager in April 2016 and later became the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances in February 2022. In their current role, Chance is responsible for delivering and improving the global impact of eSkill through strategic distribution and integration partnerships. At eleserv, Chance worked as a Solutions Consultant starting in April 2016.

Chance Shilling earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarleton State University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and Waco Association of REALTORS® in June 2015.
