Joanna Kapłon is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product strategy and management. From May 2016 to December 2021, Joanna served as Head of Product at Eventory by 6Connex, where Joanna defined the product vision, led roadmap creation, and implemented the Shape Up methodology to enhance product development. Joanna excelled in cross-functional collaboration and user-centered development, managing the full product lifecycle and fostering a high-performance team culture. Following the acquisition by 6Connex, Joanna continued as Head of Product, overseeing smooth integration and product alignment. Currently, Joanna holds the position of Director of Product Development at eSkill, focusing on strategic leadership and collaboration with engineering and business teams to address user needs. Joanna holds a Master's Degree in International/Global Studies from Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie.
