Jocelyn Lauer

Jocelyn Lauer is an experienced LMS Administrator and Program Manager with a focus on online training support and consulting. Currently serving at eSkillz since April 2024, Jocelyn specializes in Cornerstone LMS administration and strategy. Previously, Jocelyn worked at Andersen Corporation from June 1998 to December 2023 in various roles, including Senior Learning Technology Specialist and Learning Project Specialist, where skills in instructor-led training, LMS implementation, and vendor management were developed. Additionally, Jocelyn has a background in customer service, starting in multiple CSR positions, contributing to customer order processing and support.
