Josh Rogers

Josh is a self-starter, bringing over 15 years of experience in project management, learning management system (LMS) implementations, system integrations and custom software development to the eSkillz team. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004 to serve a wide range of clients by providing IT/ e-learning consulting services, including implementation and configuration of the Oracle Taleo Learn LMS. He’s also been involved in the production of e-learning, multimedia and live streaming video projects during his lengthy career in the industry, serving clients in healthcare, wireless communications, insurance, financial, hospitality, manufacturing, sports performance and non-profit sectors. In his role as Director of Technical Services, Josh oversees their team of innovative technical consultants, developers, and project managers, and is instrumental in bridging the technical gap for clients to help them realize their vision for any technical project. Josh lives outside of Chicago and most days you can find him trying to keep up with his three teenagers who march in band, play volleyball and soccer.
