Maya has over 15 years of professional services experience in the Human Capital Management software industry. She has managed numerous system implementations, multi-project programs and optimization engagements within the Public and Private sectors. Maya's first role at eSkillz was Director of Professional Services, where she oversaw their team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs. Today, she leads all of Professional Services, collaborating cross-functionally to develop efficient organizational processes to meet strategic business objectives, ensuring eSkillz provides an unparalleled, customer-oriented client experience and builds long-lasting client relationships. In her spare time, Maya loves to travel, explore different cuisines and spend time with her family.
