Strategic Design Lead at Esko

Debbie Keizer has a diverse work experience. Debbie is currently working as the Communications Lead for Women + Friends EMEA ARG at Veralto, where they promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Their role involves creating coaching programs, exchanging ideas, connecting people, and fostering personal growth. Prior to this, Debbie worked at Esko, where they held various positions. Debbie was a Strategic Design Lead, responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing new ideas and testing them with users. Debbie also worked as a User Experience Design Engineer, creating user flows and prototypes in collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, they served as a Quality Assurance Engineer, conducting functional testing of web applications. Before joining Esko, they worked as a Technical Writer at Esko and as an Intern in the Interactive Design department at LBi.

Debbie Keizer completed a postgraduate program in Experience Architecture at Arteveldehogeschool from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Technology from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2003 to 2007. Debbie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphical and Digital Media at Arteveldehogeschool from 2007 to 2009. Debbie Keizer completed their secondary education, VWO, at Esdal College from 1996 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as visual facilitation, leadership, design thinking, and diversity and inclusion.
