Dirk Maes

Dirk Maes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate trade finance and risk management. Currently serving as Corporate Treasurer at Esko since May 2006, Dirk Maes specializes in international cash management and currency & interest risk mitigation. Prior roles include Trade Finance Manager at Esko and Trade & Project Finance Manager at SEGHERSbetter technology, where responsibilities included project finance structuring and risk management. Dirk Maes' earlier career at Alcatel Bell involved senior roles in trade and project finance, where export financing for Latin America and negotiations with financial institutions were key activities. Dirk Maes began the career at KPMG as an Accountant and also served as a Scientific Fellow at the University of Ghent.
