Ian McIntosh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk engineering and application support. Currently working as a Service Desk Engineer at Esko Brand Solutions (Veralto Group) since April 2010, Ian has also held similar roles at Blue Software from April 2010 to July 2018, where responsibilities included supporting a cloud-based software platform for brand management. Prior to these positions, Ian gained valuable experience at Accenture in application support from June 2006 to December 2009 and at Unilever as a Service Desk Engineer from December 1999 to June 2006.
