Sam Cox is an experienced Product Specialist at Esko since February 2005, providing second line support for Interactive Applications and technical support for various Esko graphics software, including DeskPack, Studio Visualization, I-Cut, and Automation Engine. As a key user for ServiceCloud and a contributor to the company’s knowledge base, Sam has also held roles in application support for structural design software such as ArtiosCAD and CAPE. Previous experience includes managing prepress production at KDM POP Solutions Group and roles in preflight engineering and film preparation at Smurfit Stone and K&S Circuits. Sam holds an Associate's degree in Prepress/Desktop Publishing and Digital Imaging Design from Sinclair Community College.
