Sandra Lopera

Sandra Lopera has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over two decades. Sandra most recently held the position of Director, Human Resources at Esko, where they served as a strategic HR leader for the Americas region and a partner to various global organizations. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at eGage Human Capital Consulting. Before that, they were the Director of People & Engagement at project44 and the Senior Director of Human Resources Partner at Intelsat. Sandra has also held senior HR positions at Gogo, ETS-Lindgren, Macy's, and BBJ Linen, where they gained extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Sandra Lopera holds an MBA in Human Resources/Marketing from North Park University, which they completed between 1999 and 2003. Sandra also has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Sandra Lopera has obtained additional certifications including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in 2016).
