Eva Kinczer is currently the Senior Compliance and Data Protection Officer at the European Stability Mechanism, where they have served since 2013. Previously, they held various roles at Citigroup from 1993 to 2008, culminating as Compliance Head. Eva also worked as the Managing Director at Res Argentaria Consulting LLC and Compliance Head at ZUNO Bank AG. Their earlier career includes management positions at the National Bank of Hungary and a research fellow role at the Finance Research Institute. Eva earned an MA and a PhD in Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest.
