ESM - European Stability Mechanism
Mayumi T. has extensive experience in organizational support, change management, and human resources. Currently at the European Stability Mechanism since June 2016, Mayumi leads the implementation of organization-wide projects through effective communication materials, including campaigns and visual concepts. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist and Domain Name Specialist at Brights Consulting Luxembourg, and as a 1st grade homeroom teacher at Instituto Thomas Jefferson Guadalajara, where engaging lesson plans were developed. Mayumi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed a certificate program in HR Communication from Cornell University, along with a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Tecmilenio.
ESM - European Stability Mechanism
The ESM is the crisis resolution mechanism for euro area countries. The ESM issues debt instruments in order to finance loans and other forms of financial assistance to euro area Member States. The decision leading to the creation of the ESM was taken by the European Council in December 2010. The euro area Member States signed an intergovernmental treaty establishing the ESM on 2 February 2012. The ESM was inaugurated on 8 October 2012 and is based in Luxembourg.
