Sebastien Levy

Sebastien Levy is the Head of Investment & Treasury at European Stability Mechanism. Prior to this, Sebastien held various roles at Banque de France and Reserve Bank of Australia, focusing on reserves management and market economics. Levy holds a Master's degree in Macro-economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master en administration publique from Sciences Po Grenoble.
