Andreas Georgopoulos

Andreas Georgopoulos is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as a Team Leader in the Quantitative Risk CCPs division at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Prior to that, Andreas held various senior roles at Hellenic Exchanges SA, including Head of the Risk Management Department and Senior Project Manager in Risk Management & Compliance. Andreas holds an MSc in Decision Modelling and Information Systems from Brunel University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
